Next Business Day refers to one (1) business day and does not include weekends or holidays.

Your order will be ready by 5:00 p.m. PST on the next business day, so long as:

1. Customer submits file(s) by 12:00 p.m. PST, the day before requested Pick-up/Shipping date, AND
2. Customer's file(s) meet our specifications and do not require a proof.

We will ship your order within twenty four (24) hours from the time we print your order, pursuant to your choice of shipping method.
